Kit’s background combines academic rigour in epistemology with applied course development and delivery. Kit holds a PhD in Philosophy from Royal Holloway, University of London (Reid Scholarship) and an MA in Philosophy from UCL (Housman Award). He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, Europe (CIPP/E, IAPP). His paper Towards AI epidemiology: a measurement standardisation framework for prospective risk detection, published on arXiv in December 2025, introduces a framework for comparative analysis of LLM outputs.

Pete brings 25 years of experience building and advising technology companies across FinTech, GreenTech, robotics, and SaaS. He has written technical books and courseware for Microsoft Press, SAMS Publishing, and Sun Microsystems. Pete holds an MBA in management consulting from York St. John University (Distinction, award-winning dissertation on business model innovation in digital startups) and a first-class BA in business.
