Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Logia Research Ltd is committed to making logiaresearch.com accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to comply with our duties under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments and to avoid placing disabled visitors at a substantial disadvantage.
1. Standard we aim to meet
We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We use this as our internal benchmark and target it in design, development, and content review.
2. What we do
- Use semantic HTML and visible focus states so the site can be used by keyboard alone.
- Maintain colour contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA on body text and interactive elements.
- Use clear, plain-English content and consistent navigation.
- Provide alt text for meaningful images and avoid relying on colour alone to convey information.
- Test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) and automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) on key page templates.
3. Known limitations
We are aware that the following parts of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we are working to address them:
- The cookie consent banner is provided by a third-party library. We have configured it for keyboard accessibility, but exact behaviour may vary across assistive technologies.
- Some inline diagrams and decorative graphics may not include long descriptions. Where the same information is conveyed in body text, no decorative text alternative is provided.
4. Alternative formats
If you need information from the Site in a different format — for example, a large-print copy, a plain-text email, or a copy of a PDF as accessible HTML — email us at [email protected] with a description of what you need. We will respond within 5 working days and will provide the information in a reasonable format wherever we can.
5. Reporting accessibility problems
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this Site. If you encounter any barrier, please tell us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Post: Logia Research Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ
Please tell us the page you were on, what went wrong, and the device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using.
6. Enforcement procedure
If you contact us with a complaint and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
7. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 1 June 2026, based on a self-assessment by Logia Research Ltd against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It will be reviewed and updated as the Site changes.
